NEC Contracts Commercial Manager - Construction Lead

Maxim Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead NEC contract delivery and provide expert commercial consultancy from our Newcastle office.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline, with expert knowledge of NEC contracts and a professional qualification such as MRICS or MCInstCES preferred. Additional construction law or dispute resolution qualifications would be advantageous.
