Naval Programme Lead - PM for MT30 Defence Projects

Rolls-Royce Bristol is seeking a Programme Lead for Naval SNBG 7-10 to drive end-to-end project delivery. You will manage customer interfaces from quotation through contract close-out and own an integrated plan aligned with contracted requirements.

Collaboration with engineering, purchasing and commercial teams is essential to prioritise, resource and govern work. You will also lead programme risk, finances and scheduling, review progress against plans and drive corrective actions where needed.
