Are you a strategic and inspiring leader with a passion for driving sales excellence in healthcare? We're seeking a National Sales Manager to lead our UK Wound Care sales team.

This pivotal role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on leadership, offering the opportunity to shape national sales performance, develop talent, and influence market presence.

With a strong focus on field engagement, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, leading from the front, and making a measurable impact in a fast-paced, clinically focused environment.

  • Job Title: National Sales Manager
  • Location: Field Based, UK Wide
  • Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
  • Contract: Permanent

Your main responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with members of your remote team
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring team members for performance
  • Supporting your team with account management and sales activities
  • Maintaining motivation across the team in order to consistently achieve targets
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of our products and services
  • Carrying out customer analysis and evaluating field reports
  • Monitoring competitor activity
  • Identifying new product and service opportunities
  • Attending conferences, exhibitions and other related events
  • Collaborating with nursing, marketing and other sales teams

What you need to succeed:

  • A successful track record of selling to the NHS
  • A working knowledge of the wound care clinical market
  • Experience leading a team of field based sales professionals
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team and maximising individuals potential
  • Confidence communicating and a flair for building strong relationships
  • An innovative and adaptable approach to problem solving
  • A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel
