Job Description

To develop the Newade Sector sales strategy nationally to support the overall strategic growth and vision of the business.

To create, build, find, maintain and grow a strong working relationship within the Process & Industrial market segments. These encapsulate the Food, Pharmaceutical, Marine and General Manufacturing Sectors that are specified and identified as key target areas.

Responsible for:

1. Developing and managing a profitable and successful area, effectively and professionally.
2. To meet or exceed sales budgets for the designated sales sector. To actively grow and attain set budgets.
3. Target key customers within the sector.
4. Target the responsible engineers within each business and work proactively to develop strong working relationships.
5. Manage and increase customer databases in the sector.
6. Report to the sales director on any competitor's activity, pricing issues and any other details relating to market or product information.
7. Seek out opportunities to develop new markets or customers.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all levels.
9. Use tools provided to manage own time ensuring effective planning, full sector coverage and regular call cycles are maintained.
10. Provide a monthly report no later than on the day requested, providing activity in your defined area. Also provide clearly defined goals for the following month.
11. Maintain the customer database on Salesforce.
12. Communicate on a regular basis with your Line Manager to discuss activity in the defined sector.
13. Carry out any other duties as defined by the Sales Director.
14. Be happy and have fun, and be rewarded for your efforts.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Good business sense and manner.
Confidence and motivation.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Determination and drive to work towards targets and beyond.
The resilience to work with customers who turn you down.
The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets.
Ability to work well on your own and also part of a team. The ability to work under pressure.
Good IT skills inc: Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Full Driving license.

HVAC Engineering background preferred
