National Head of Catering & Housekeeping

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Head of Catering and Housekeeping to lead national standards for catering, nutrition, dining experience and housekeeping across a portfolio of care homes.

You will shape policies, drive improvement, and support local teams with expert guidance. You will collaborate with operational, quality, estates, procurement and Learning & Development teams to ensure services meet high standards of safety, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing.
