National Aviation Safety & Assurance Leader

Babcock is recruiting a Safety and Assurance Director for its UK Aviation business, offering hybrid working from UK hubs. You will provide strategic leadership across safety, security, compliance, and assurance, driving governance and risk management to ensure safe delivery of critical aviation services.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, engage with regulators and customers, and shape safety strategy at a national level while navigating the needs of a complex, highly regulated environment.
