Reporting to the Director of Property & Development, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our estate and play a pivotal role in the next phase of our growth.
You'll lead our acquisition and new format strategy, building a strong pipeline of opportunities that supports our long-term ambitions. From identifying and securing new sites to exploring innovative formats, you'll turn strategic vision into reality, working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners to bring plans to life.
This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while making commercially sound decisions that deliver real results. You'll provide leadership and governance across acquisition and new format activity, ensuring opportunities are thoroughly assessed, prioritised and aligned with our customer proposition, brand ambitions and financial goals.
