National Account Manager Wholesale & Foodservice
Type: Full-Time (40 hr/week) Location: Hybrid - a mix of fieldwork, nationwide account visits, and our London office
We are seeking a candidate to lead brand growth and sales across our wholesale, foodservice, and QSR partners-especially contract caterers, workplace providers, and national wholesalers. This role combines account management, trade activation, and new business development, suited for someone who enjoys strategic thinking and hands-on work. Responsibilities include developing key account relationships, securing new listings, and executing events like depot days, trade shows, tastings, and training sessions. You will have one direct report and work closely with the Head of Sales, who will support your professional growth through tailored training and coaching, including areas such as P&L management and reporting.

Every bottle sold contributes to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, supporting social projects globally, raising over £10 million. We visit our sourcing partners annually to see the impact firsthand, exemplifying our commitment to social change and sustainability. Our team of 130 Lemonaiders operates across six countries, with a growing presence in the UK as we expand into new channels and markets.

Your key responsibilities and what you'll be doing
Account Management & Business Development- Manage and grow relationships with wholesale, QSR, and foodservice partners like Brakes, Bidfood, and DDC
- Achieve sales targets for new and existing accounts
- Collaborate with distributor account managers for listings and upselling
- Support a Junior Foodservice Field Sales Executive in delivering results
- Organize and execute trade events, including fairs, depot days, tastings, and showcases
- Manage freelancers and sales teams for customer-facing activations
- Coordinate with distributors for joint events and activations
- Work with wholesale partners to unlock new customer opportunities and boost sales
- Conduct depot visits, staff training, and field marketing with measurable outcomes
- Provide market feedback to help shape long-term strategy
- Receive coaching from the Head of Sales on reporting and account growth
