Our extensive range of brands, known and loved by many, is a testament to our commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence in the drinks sector.Our Head Offices are based within our own award winning 4-star Hotel CASA in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire.Due to the ongoing success of our broad portfolio, we are now looking to further expand our Off Trade business unit and have anew opportunity to join our expanding off trade sales team asNational Account Manager-Off Trade - Convenience and Discounters. Key responsibilities:
- Target and track progress at all stages of a proposal
- Daily management of accounts, movements, admin
- Reporting of key metrics and KPI's, weekly and Monthly via Salesforce tool
- Stakeholder management across account base CM / Brand
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospect group customers.
- Salesforce excellence.
- Building and delivering high growth budgets
- New Business passion at the heart of everything you do.
- Strong understanding of the alcoholic drink's category/trends that leads to comprehensive delivery of responsibilities.
- Continually addressing gaps in performance and then developing innovative, commercial suggestions and proposals to close.
- Commercial account management experience at NAM level within the Off Trade Drinks sector, with a demonstrable high level of commercial acumen.
- PC literacy including PowerPoint, PDF, and Excel
- Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to deliver results and energise others
