You'd be joining a very agile and dynamic business, who are focused on continuing to grow and increase market share across both branded and private label home cleaning products.
Job Description- Manage and grow key client accounts within Grocer and Discount channels
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to onboard new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance and Demand to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Manage P&L and meet all budget targets
A successful National Account Manager should have:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally within home cleaning products, home fragrance, cosmetics or transferable product area
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing and growing national retail accounts
- High energy and drive to achieve growth, to make a difference
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Competitive salary circa £50-60k
