Join our dynamic Domestic Customer Service team at Miele as a National Account Manager!
In this pivotal role, you'll act as the vital link between our service organisation and our valued Miele Service Partners, including major partnerships with Domestic & General and Centrica. You will work in collaboration with our Regional Service Managers to oversee the management of smaller partners, driving efficiencies and maximising productivity.
Your mission will be to cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with both current and prospective partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
You will be a key driver of our strategic revenue growth by leading the Spare Parts sales category and expanding our extended warranty sales activities. Your efforts will directly contribute to our long-term success and market leadership.
This role is based at Abingdon HQ, with a hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and travel across Great Britain and Ireland to engage with our valued Service Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Forge and maintain robust partnerships with third-party organisations.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration and innovative solutions.
- Enhance service quality by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
You will be pivotal in improving our service market share, sales, and margin to achieve commercial success. Your role will involve strategic financial planning for service partners through business scenario planning, annual terms changes, and budget management.
Skills and Experience:You will have relevant experience within a National Account Management or Sales role, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
A natural relationship builder, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do and exemplify 'Immer Besser' in your work and brand representation.
This is a critical role within the Domestic Customer Service business, working closely with the team to build on the company's success.You will be asked to demonstrate:
- Performance Excellence: Consistently exceed targets and KPIs with a proactive, self-managed approach.
- Communication & Relationship Management Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders internally and externally, fostering strong working relationships. Maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset for effective problem-solving and dispute resolution.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial insight to design and negotiate trade terms and ensure compliance with partners. Skillfully balance the needs of the business and the customer.
- Financial Management: Excel in forecasting and managing budgets.
