NARS Assistant Business Manager - Arnotts, Dublin (37.5 Hours - 6 Month Maternity Cover Contract)

Location: Dublin

Hours: 37.5 Hours over 5 days per week, 6 month fixed term contract covering maternity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading by example, deliver our customer engagement approach to create strong connections with your customers through brand history and high performance formulas, securing brand loyalty. Coach and develop the team, support management in achieving sales targets, and deliver on goals while driving the team.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Must have held a leadership position in a retail business
  • Track record of coaching and developing teams
  • Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead
  • Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
