PEACEPLUS Administrator - Job Ref N048/07/2026

The PEACEPLUS Administrator will act as an integral member of the PeacePlus Project Team, to provide a modern, efficient, professional, confidential and customer focused administrative service to all functions within the PeacePlus Project as well as to other internal and external customers, in accordance with the relevant NIFRS policies and procedures and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an integral member of the PeacePlus Project Team.
  • Provide a modern, efficient, professional, confidential and customer focused administrative service to all functions within the PeacePlus Project and to other internal and external customers.
  • Fulfil obligations in accordance with the relevant NIFRS policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Travel around all NIFRS locations.
Employment Details
  • Hours of work: 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Flexible Working Hours Scheme is in operation.
  • Contract: 1 fixed term contract post lasting until August 2028, based at NIFRS HQ.
  • Travel: the successful applicant will be required to travel around all NIFRS locations.
Salary

Salary scale: Scale 6. The salary range is currently £31,537 - £33,699 per annum (under review).
