Receptionist in the hotel industryCompany descriptionWe are, for one of our clients, a 3-star hotel establishment of a human scale, with about thirty rooms combining hotel services and pub activity, located in the immediate vicinity of Lausanne, for the recruitment of their future Receptionist.Permanent contract Start date: immediately or as agreedJob descriptionIn direct contact with the management and teams, you will ensure the welcome and follow-up of customers as well as the complete management of the reception (check-in, check-out, phone calls, and email correspondence). Present on the ground, you actively contribute to providing a professional, warm customer experience that is consistent with the establishment's positioning. The position also includes versatility in the dining room and at the bar, including service, supporting the teams during busy periods. You will also ensure good communication with the housekeeping service to guarantee the quality of the rooms and areas.You have a background in the hotel industry and have confirmed experience of at least 2 years in hotel reception, ideally supplemented by experience in service. Autonomous, organized, and having an excellent sense of service, you feel at ease in a dynamic and versatile environment. Fluency in French is required, as well as a good level of English; knowledge of German is an asset.
