Multisite HR Leader - Hybrid (Care Sector)

Well Placed HR is recruiting an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across multi-site care facilities in Somerset and Devon. Hybrid role with travel between sites, focusing on employee relations, policy development and recruitment.

You will manage investigations, onboarding, training, and HR reporting while ensuring DBS, CQC and legal compliance. CIPD Level 5 is desirable; a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is required.
