Multilingual Customer Service Specialist (After-Sales Support)

As we expand our presence in Europe, we are building a multilingual after-sales support team to serve our European customers with excellence and responsiveness.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our European support center in Poland. You will handle customer inquiries, service requests, and technical support related to our heavy machinery products. Your language skills will enable you to communicate effectively with customers across various European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, and CRM systems
  • Respond to technical and service-related inquiries regarding SANY products
  • Coordinate with local dealers, service engineers, and logistics teams
  • Process spare parts requests, warranty claims, and service documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the technical team to improve service quality
  • Support internal communication between SANY European branches and the global HQ

Required Languages (at least two):

  • English (mandatory)
  • German / French / Italian / Polish (any combination welcome)
  • Note: Candidates fluent in three or more of these languages will be given priority.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in customer service, after-sales, or technical support (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field (optional but preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with machinery, automotive, or manufacturing industries is an advantage
