Multichannel Customer Care & Returns Specialist

IKEA Gateshead is hiring Customer Relations Assistants to join our friendly team. You will help co-create the wonderful everyday with our many in-store guests and build customer service skills in a supportive environment.

We offer 12-hour contracts across Check-Outs and Customer Relations/Returns, with shifts between 09:00 and 22:00, three days per week including three weekends out of four. Interview flexibility is available.
