Job Description
Carpenter & Plumber Multi-Trader Location: BrentRate: £24.23 per hourContract: Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a Carpenter & Plumber Multi-Trader to carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties across the Brent area. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and excellent benefits. Key Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades, specifically carpentry and plumbing
- Competent using a wide range of hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of trade techniques, materials, and health & safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and clear communication
- Physically fit and able to complete manual work
- Social housing maintenance experience is desirable
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Brent
- Full UK driving license is essential
- £24.23 per hour
- Company van and fuel card
