Job Description

Job Title: Multi Trader (Plastering / Tiling / Plumbing)

Location: Cambridge & Surrounding Areas

Pay Rate: Circa £23.50 per hour

Vehicle: Company Van + Fuel Card

Contract Duration: Ongoing Contract (1 Year +)

Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

About the Role:

Are you a skilled Multi Trader looking for stable, long-term contract work with a company vehicle supplied? We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a dedicated maintenance team covering Cambridge and surrounding local areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing patch plastering, bonding, and surface preparation.

  • Carrying out wall and floor tiling repairs and reinstatements.

  • Completing basic maintenance plumbing tasks (leaks, pipework adjustments, sanitaryware fitting).

  • Delivering efficient maintenance service while representing the brand professionally on site.

Requirements:

  • Proven multi-trade experience in domestic or commercial housing maintenance.

  • Core competence in plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing.

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential for company van insurance).

  • Relevant safety tickets (CSCS card, Asbestos Awareness, etc.) are preferred.
