Site based covering Chippenham, Royal Wootton Basset, Newbury and surrounding areas. Standard Hours Monday Friday 39 hours

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
  • Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Operative background, joinery experience essential. The works include various enabling works prior to the commencement of Retrofit works - loft boarding or walk ways, loft hatch alterations, airing cupboard construction
  • Prior to commencement of the retrofit works, it must be ensured that all internal doors have a 10 mm clearance gap
  • Prepared to support with some labouring duties including clearing loft spaces, supporting Site teams as and when required
  • Receiving and allocation of materials - adhoc
  • Working in tenanted properties - Social Housing experience is essential
  • Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system
  • Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
  • Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
  • Following Novus' exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
  • Full UK driving license is required
  • The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
