Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime
Location: Tower Hamlets, Hackney
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Floorlayer who has skills in other trades to join our team We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Tower Hamlets, Hackney and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines. As an operative working in the London Region, you'll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
