As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Carrying out repairs and planned works on void properties
• Completing carpentry and plumbing works to a good standard
• Undertaking tiling and patch plastering repairs
• Painting and decorating where required
• Delivering general maintenance duties within tenants' homes

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
• Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry and plumbing
• Their own vehicle and tools
• A full UK driving licence

The Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:

• £21 per hour
• Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
• 45p per mile for travel during the day
• Consistent, ongoing work

Based in Solihull, this role is easily accessible from surrounding areas with strong road links including the M6, M42 and nearby regions straightforward.
