Responsibilities- Carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs in tenanted properties
- Completing carpentry and plumbing works to a good standard
- Undertaking tiling and patch plastering repairs
- Painting and decorating where required
- Delivering general maintenance duties within tenants' homes
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
- Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry and plumbing
- Their own van and tools
- A full UK driving licence
- £22 per hour
- Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
- 45p per mile for travel
- 12 weeks' work with the opportunity to go permanent
- Consistent, ongoing work
Based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, this role is easily accessible from surrounding areas with strong road links including the M6 and A50, making travel across Staffordshire and nearby regions straightforward.
