£34,359 - £42,759 per annum plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, company van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

Job OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Floorlayer who has skills in other trades to join our team We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Tower Hamlets, Hackney and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
ResponsibilitiesCarrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across Tower Hamlets, Hackney and surrounding areas; ensuring work is completed efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience as a Floorlayer.
- Skills in other trades, including cap and cove, altro flooring and basic plumbing.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
- Subject to basic criminal record check clearance.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
