Carpenter - Multi Trade Operative

Location: Bishop's Stortford, England or Wales
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs and void works for properties across Bishop's Stortford and surrounding areas.
• Perform property MOTs and oversee all aspects of specialist and secondary trades.
• Complete all works efficiently and within required deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experienced carpenter with additional skills in other trades.
• Valid UK driving licence - a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Bachelor criminal record check clearance will be required.
