Multi-Skilled Operative - Social Housing Maintenance

Construction Resource is recruiting on behalf of a reputable social housing partner for a Contract Multi Skilled Operative based in the North West. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general maintenance at social housing sites, delivering quality workmanship and adhering to safety standards.

You will manage a varied workload, communicate with tenants and team members, and complete job documentation and reports.
