Responsibilities
  • Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure, ensures check in and check out are done with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
  • Looking after guests' reservations.
  • Taking care of the guests in our restaurant and bar.
  • Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Promotes the hotel's offer and helps to meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
  • Look after breakfast, restaurant and bar.
  • Implements brand and Group projects and identity features.
  • Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration.
  • Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible.
  • Conveys a good hotel image.
  • Respects the reservation commitments in full.
Qualifications
  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
