  • Support contractor management and permit-to-work processes
  • Assist with building improvement, refurbishment, and energy-efficiency projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and safe working practices

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, BTEC, Apprenticeship, HNC, or equivalent engineering qualification
  • Experience in a building services, facilities management, estates, or maintenance environment
  • Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to high standards
  • Valid UK driving license

Desirable

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical qualifications
  • Experience working within healthcare, NHS, university, or large-scale estates environments
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Legionella awareness, AP, or Authorised Person qualifications

If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding engineering role within a professional environment where your skills can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
