What being a Multi Site Store Manager is all about: People:Fostering a positive multi-store culture where everyone recognizes their role within a larger team and works together as a unified group to deliver business goals.
Tailoring development and training plans to suit the varying capabilities across different stores, nurturing the strengths and potential of your teams.
Creating an environment that encourages openness, idea sharing, and engagement. You'll advocate for the colleague voice, creating a stores engagement plan that supports and embeds the Districts/Divisional actions.
Cultivating talent within your group, maintaining a flexible succession plan to ensure key roles are filled and top talent is developed.
Taking full responsibility for all HR processes, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed with support from the ER team.
Ensuring stores are safe and compliant with legal and HMRC regulations.
Ensuring mandatory training is completed on time and new starters experience a welcoming, structured induction.
Managing staffing profiles to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
Creating inclusive environments, valuing diversity, and prioritizing team wellbeing.
Approaching store visits with purpose, balancing focus on People, Plan, and Customers.
Interpreting data to drive impactful results, communicating clear, SMART actions, and monitoring effectiveness.
Delivering store activities on time and to high standards, adhering to brand guidelines and supplier compliance.
Maintaining stock routines to ensure availability, shrink control, and productivity.
Upskilling and coaching teams on key processes to ensure a consistent customer journey.
Delivering a full commercial scorecard across sales, shrink, payroll, and legal, closing performance gaps.
Achieving right colleague, right place, right time within budgeted hours, managing peak periods effectively.
Maintaining high store standards through coaching and validation of excellent behaviors.
Role-modeling a world-class customer experience, coaching teams to sell, manage queues, and delight customers.
Training teams on key commercial levers to grow sales, including spend per passenger, ATV, and transaction volumes.
Fostering a customer-first culture with excellent product knowledge and motivation for add-on sales.
Contributing to projects that influence the UK Travel Business and being recognized as an area expert.
Building respectful relationships with landlords and resolving issues promptly.
