Working Hours: Zerohours

Location: CEVA Kettering, RockinghamCorby, Daventry sites and surrounding locations, as required

Reporting to: OperationsManager / Assistant Contract Manager & Regional Supervisor

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced andprofessional Multi-Site Security Officer to join Anchor Group Services,supporting our established security teams across CEVA Kettering, Rockingham (Corby),and Daventry sites.

The successful candidate must hold a valid SIA Licence as aminimum requirement and will be expected to provide flexible operationalsupport across multiple client locations. This role is primarily to support holidaycover, sickness cover, and short-notice operational requirements, ensuring thatall sites continue to receive consistent and reliable security servicedelivery.

The Multi-Site Security Officer must be willing and able toassist with last-minute site cover where required, including day shifts, andmust be able to adapt quickly to different site environments, teams, andoperational procedures.

Full site-specific training will be provided to ensure thesuccessful candidate is familiar with each location's Assignment Instructions,operational processes, and client expectations.

The main dutieswill include, but are not limited to:

  • Providingflexible cover and operational support across CEVA Kettering, RockinghamCorby, Daventry sites, and surrounding locations as required.
  • Supportingsite teams with holiday cover, sickness cover, planned absence, emergencycover, and last-minute operational requirements.
  • Beingavailable and willing to cover day shifts where required, sometimes atshort notice.
  • Protectingthe client's premises, people, property, and assets by deliveringprofessional security services in line with site Assignment Instructionsand procedures.
  • Maintaininga visible and professional security presence at all times.
  • Greetingvisitors, contractors, staff, and drivers in a professional, polite, andhelpful manner.
  • Carryingout access control duties, ensuring only authorised persons and vehiclesare permitted onto site.
  • Completingsite patrols in accordance with site requirements, remaining vigilant andreporting any concerns or irregularities.
  • Preventingloss, damage, or unauthorised activity by identifying and reporting anybreaches of site policy or security procedures.
  • Escalatingincidents promptly and appropriately to the Control Room, Shift Manager,Operations Manager, client representative, or Emergency Services whererequired.
  • Completingaccurate reports, including incident reports, DOB entries, handover notes,patrol logs, and any other required site documentation.
  • Undertakingsite-specific training and ensuring full understanding of local proceduresbefore working independently.
  • Respondingappropriately to customer, visitor, and client queries in line withcompany standards.
  • Maintainingprofessional conduct, appearance, and communication at all times.
  • Complyingwith legal requirements, company policies, health and safety procedures,and client instructions.
  • Contributingpositively to the wider security team by supporting colleagues andassisting with operational requirements where needed.

As a Multi-Site SecurityOfficer, you will play an important role in supporting the continued deliveryof a safe, secure, and professional service across multiple CEVA locations. Youwill be expected to represent Anchor Group Services to a high standard, providedependable cover for holidays, sickness, and short-notice absences, and adaptquickly to changing operational needs.

Requirements
