Multi-Channel Customer Service Specialist

Fylde Council is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Customer Services Team. You will work in a busy, fast-paced environment supporting customers across multiple contact channels and handling a wide range of council services.

You will be computer literate, take ownership of enquiries, de-escalate issues and use IT systems to process information. The role offers a structured team environment and opportunity to contribute to service improvements.
