MSP Programme Director: Strategic Delivery & Innovation

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Programme Delivery Lead to own and drive a complex MSP contract for Costain in the Greater Manchester region. You will lead a large integrated framework, establish clear team communication, and champion safety, health and environment standards.

You will present improvement proposals, assume overall service delivery responsibility, and align commercial drivers with cost management.
