MSK Employment Advisor - Hybrid Coaching & Impact

Red 5 People, on behalf of a well-established charity, is recruiting an Employment Advisor to support people through an MSK employment programme. You'll work with Physiotherapists to deliver tailored coaching and help individuals move into sustainable work within a multidisciplinary team.

Based in North Finchley, with hybrid working one day a week from home, you'll manage a caseload of about 25, conduct one-to-one coaching, engage with employers, and maintain accurate records.
