MRICS Valuer - Flexible, Self Employed with Six Figure Potential

Latymer Search is seeking an MRICS Valuer to join its established Surrey consultancy on a self-employed basis. You will split time between residential and commercial valuations, manage your diary, and produce professional reports across Surrey and surrounding areas.

The role offers a six-figure earning potential depending on workload, with a 50/50 fee split and weekly payments via your limited company. Full-time preferred, but part-time applicants will be considered.
