Mould Cleaner

Job Title: Mould Cleaner / Maintenance Operative Location: Highbridge Job Type: Temporary (2 month contact but may extend) Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Working Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm, 39 hours per week Role Overview We are seeking a reliable Mould Cleaner / Maintenance Operative to support a busy production environment.

This role focuses on mould preparation, general factory upkeep, and assisting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing moulds for production use
• Carrying out general factory maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Assisting with production tasks as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Supporting the team to ensure production runs efficiently
• Following all health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous factory or production experience desirable but not essential
• No laminating experience required
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to carry out physical tasks
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
