Job Description

The AA in Newcastle is hiring a Sales Customer Service Advisor to speak with customers seeking motor or home insurance. You will listen, understand needs, discuss options, and guide customers through taking out a policy.

You'll work 40 hours across Monday to Friday and Saturdays, with hybrid work after competency. The role aims to achieve customer and commercial targets while delivering excellent service.
