Moto Service & Retail Advisor

Harley-Davidson Cheltenham is seeking a Service Advisor to support our workshop, retail customers and showroom sales. You will provide expert advice on parts, accessories, clothing, and merchandise, ensuring riders and technicians have everything they need for a seamless experience.

Your role focuses on stock management, efficient pre-picking, in-store guidance for clothing and merchandise, and handling payments and invoices while upholding high service standards at every touchpoint.
