• Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE (High basic + performance bonuses).

What You Will Be Doing

• Expert Testing: Conducting MOT tests across multiple classes (Class 4 is essential, Class 1, 2, 5, or 7 is a bonus).
• Compliance: Maintaining accurate, digital records and ensuring 100% DVSA compliance.
• Communication: Giving clear, honest advice to customers-we only do the work that is agreed.
• Collaboration: Working alongside our technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient workshop flow.
• Safety First: Ensuring every vehicle that leaves our bay is genuinely safe for the Kent roads.
