Job Description
Overview

Keystone Property Finance is an established Buy-to-Let Lender with a strong brand identity and over 25 years of experience in the UK mortgage market.

Keystone Property Finance are looking for highly motivated individuals eager to begin their career in an ever-growing industry.

Mortgage knowledge, some servicing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will show good customer service, organisation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls
  • Dealing with borrower enquiries via email
  • Issue redemption statements
  • Chasing for outstanding documents; post completion conditions
  • Contact borrowers who are in arrears
  • Take payments over the phone for outstanding interest and fees
  • Updating notes on CRM system
People related tasks
  • Working well as part of a team and individually on tasks
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with other internal teams
  • Confident taking calls with a good phone manner
  • Ensure we are giving timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls/enquiries and any other correspondence.
  • Liaise with the line manager escalating any specific problems for discussion and resolution
Daily Operations
  • Works within prescribed procedures, practices and agreed SLAs
  • Work within Servicing Mandate guidelines
  • Inputs updates and maintains data onto the system accurately reflecting the Mortgage account
  • Dealing with any queries or documentation relating to each Mortgage account
  • Dealing with phone calls both incoming and outgoing

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm). 1 day work from home following successful probationary period of 6 months.
