As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and personable Mortgage Retention & Relationship Manager to join our team. If you have a talent for engaging with people, understand the mortgage market, and can spot opportunities to add value to existing clients, we'd love to hear from you.


Your Role

This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be working with warm clients - people who already know and trust our brand. Your mission is to:

  • Retain existing mortgage clients by proactively engaging ahead of product expiry dates
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships, particularly with long-standing portfolio clients
  • Generate organic new business from our existing database through intelligent conversations and relationship-building
  • Conduct regular check-ins via phone and occasional face-to-face meetings
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or referrals where appropriate
  • Collaborate with advisers and admin teams to deliver an exceptional client experience


About You

  • Strong background in mortgage retention, account management, or client services
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organised, with good CRM habits and follow-up discipline
  • A self-starter who thrives on proactive outreach and relationship management
  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) desirable, but not essential if you have industry knowledge
  • Comfortable with a mix of remote communication and in-person meetings
