Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Leads Provided, No Cold Calling

GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is recruiting a Mortgage and Protection Adviser for a specialist Birmingham brokerage. This office-based role offers all leads with no cold calling, a friendly team, and clear career progression.

You will handle first appointments and signups, provide mortgage and protection advice, manage Adverse and Self-employed cases, and work to targets. Basic salary £35,000-£45,000 with £80,000-£100,000 OTE, parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and healthcare after probation.
