If you're a motivated, customer-focused Mortgage Advisor looking to maximise your earning potential while benefiting from warm leads, full administrative support, and genuine career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity.The Role As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll work closely with homebuyers, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to maximise referrals and business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
• Building long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
• Working closely with estate agency teams to generate warm leads
• Advising on mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs
• Proactively generating new business opportunities
• Managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion
• Maintaining full FCA compliance at all times
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets

About You

• CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) as a minimum
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Professional, well presented and commercially aware
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
