Modular Data Centre QS: Cost Control & Tendering

Suretank Group is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the Project Delivery team in Dundalk. You will work directly with the Commercial Manager, providing support on cost control, tendering, procurement and contract administration for modular/off-site manufacturing data centre projects.

You will assist with cost plans, budgets, valuations and monthly reports, while ensuring accurate variation costing and robust procurement processes.
