Job Description

Our client, a leading vehicle rental company in Runcorn, is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team. Duties:
  • Conduct high-quality servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles efficiently and safely
  • Identify vehicle faults with diagnostic testing and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high levels of service satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and uphold company standards
  • Support scheduled appointments and voluntary overtime when required
  • Keep skills up-to-date with manufacturer standards through ongoing training
  • Assist in delivering exceptional customer service whilst working with a fully equipped company vehicle and tools
  • Work flexibly across locations and assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications
  • Full UK/EU Driving Licence is essential
  • Broad knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Willingness to develop skills in hybrid and electric vehicle systems, electrics, brakes, and other areas
  • Good team player with strong communication skills and a professional attitude
