  • Equipment Provided: Fully branded, modern company vehicle, fuel card, top-tier diagnostic equipment, battery impact gun, mobile phone, and tablet.

About the Company

We are a leading UK provider of mobile vehicle servicing, repair, and maintenance solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering dealership-level technical excellence directly to our clients, free from the standard garage politics. Our clients include blue-chip organisations, schools, universities, contract hire fleets, and leasing companies. We provide a highly stable, professional, and trusted environment where our remote technicians are fully supported with the best back-office logistics and equipment in the automotive industry.

Your Role

As a core Mobile Vehicle Technician in our field team, you will:

  • Mechanical & Fleet Repair: Carry out routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, and safety inspections on a diverse range of cars, light commercial vehicles, and minibuses.
  • Diagnostics: Use advanced mobile diagnostic tools to identify, investigate, and rectify mechanical and basic electrical faults on-site.
  • Scheduled Servicing: Perform comprehensive vehicle health checks and customer site inspections in line with strict company and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Act as the professional face of the company, delivering high-quality workmanship and friendly service directly at customer locations.
  • Digital Reporting: Maintain accurate job records, safety checklists, and documentation easily using our provided company tablet and systems.
What You Need
  • Qualifications: City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a static workshop environment, with strong diagnostic and repair skills, your own hand tools, and the confidence to work independently.
  • Licensing Requirements: A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points. Due to fleet insurance and vehicle types, applicants must be over 25 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience, and hold a D1 entitlement on their licence (automatically granted if you passed your driving test before 1st January 1997).
  • Attributes: A reliable, self-motivated work ethic with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
