Mobile socio-educational assistants

Sgipa is a leading proactive partner, attentive to individuals requiring personalized support in their specialized employment projects. In our residences welcoming seniors with intellectual disabilities, we are looking for two Mobile Assistants. Your mission: _- Participate in key stages of the support project for resident individuals: welcome, interdisciplinary activities, personal care, assistance in daily living activities, and interdisciplinary discussions.- Actively contribute to the smooth operation of the residence where the Assistant Social Educator (ASE) intervenes, as well as to the general care of resident individuals.- Ensure the safety and guarantee a good quality of life for each resident.- Promote the flourishing of resident individuals by valuing and developing their skills through the monitoring of individualized projects, validated by the reference person.- Carry out routine tasks related to the role.- Participate in projects concerning the profile. _You hold a CFC in ASE or an equivalent qualification recognized by SEFRI; You have solid experience and knowledge of the CDPH; You are familiar with Geneva's social and medical networks. You are capable of adapting flexibly and responsively to emergency situations. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a strong sense of teamwork, along with the ability to listen, be available, and persevere in the face of daily challenges. You are comfortable with tasks as well as with office tools and software. You are willing to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends. You are mobile and able to adapt quickly to the demands of our residences.
