This is a valuable opportunity for experienced vehicle panel beaters to work across multiple locations in the Eastern region, including Grays, Essex, and surrounding areas. - Perform precise panel repairs and replacements on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Rebuild doors, fit front panels, and perform structural repairs using MET skills and appropriate tools
- Weld and bond panels securely to meet factory standards
- Apply fillers and sealants to prepare surfaces for painting
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with safety protocols
- Use PPE correctly and follow all safety procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to produce high-quality repairs
- Complete tasks efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Document work processes accurately and adhere to company standards
- Proven experience as a vehicle panel beater within an automotive repair environment
- Confident in repairing hybrid and electric vehicles using appropriate techniques
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and safety standards
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
- Well-developed team player with a positive attitude
