About Your New Company

Are a well-established maintenance services contractor providing electrical and mechanical support to a wide range of commercial and industrial clients across Ireland are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their Midlands based team.

About Your New Role

They are seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician or Plumber to join the team and work on a retail client contract based in the Midlands of Ireland. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks across the clients sites, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This is a mobile role, requiring flexibility to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical / mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across commercial and industrial client sites.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance calls and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with small electrical installations and project works.
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and in compliance with regulations.
What Skills You Need
  • Fully qualified electrician or plumber with FETAC Level 6 craft certificate (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Valid RECI certification and Safe Pass.
  • Full, clean driving license (essential).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
