Your tasks: - Execute inspection tasks and small maintenance and upkeep activities autonomously - Ensure various requests and small repairs - Process work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets daily - Monitor and accompany work by companies (CMMS, etc.) - Manage small green space projects - Perform various cleaning tasks Your profile: - CFC agent or equivalent qualification - Several years of experience in a similar activity - Skilled with hands, capable of carrying out various tasks - Good experience in managing and technically executing small project sites - Proficiency in French - Good knowledge of common tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Driver's license (company car provided) - Autonomy, Dynamism, Reactivity, Priority Management, Good customer service and relations Ready for us?
