Hours: 40 hours per week - working any 5 days out of 7
Pay: £15.04 per hour
Location: Southside Shopping Centre Wandsworth

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Southside Shopping Centre, Wandsworth. This is a hands on role suited to someone with previous cleaning experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example within a fast paced retail environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and support the cleaning team on shift
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed SLA requirements
• Maintain high standards across malls, toilets, back of house areas and external environments
• Ensure cleaning equipment is clean, safe and used correctly
• Support with staff training, development and performance management
• Monitor stock levels, uniforms and cleaning consumables
• Complete audits, reports and use mobile devices for operational data/tasks
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and company policies are followed
• Deliver excellent customer service and professionally handle issues or escalations
• Work closely with the wider site management team to maintain high presentation standards across the shopping centre

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience is essential
• Previous supervisory or Duty Manager experience preferred
• Good English communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead a team and work independently
• Reliable, proactive and hardworking attitude
• Flexible approach to working hours and operational needs
• Comfortable using mobile devices and completing basic reporting tasks
• Strong understanding of cleaning standards.
